ENSTA ParisTech - Computer Science and System Engineering Laboratory

ENSTA ParisTech

I am professor in the Robotics and Computer Vision team of the Computer Science and System Ingeneering Laboratory at ENSTA ParisTech. I'm also a member of the INRIA/ENSTA ParisTech FLOWERS team on developmental robotics.

My research interests focus on cognitive robotics and more particularly on the developmental approach to robotics. My goal is to develop methods to simplify and robustify the use of robots in everyday life and to develop their autonomy. I am particularly interested in:

  • vision-based and semantic navigation,
  • multi-modal perception,
  • unsupervised and social learning,
  • mobile and humanoid robots applications.

If you speak french, you can read my article on developmental robotics published in La Jaune et le Rouge or view a short conference I gave during a Robot Wednesday organised by SyRobo. You may also read my Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (in french too).
